Corrective Care

Your chiropractic care doesn't end when you walk out of our offices. Taking a "whole person" approach, we teach patients self-care, corrective care, and injury prevention. As an Achieve patient, you'll learn special "blueprint" exercises tailored to your specific needs. These will strengthen your muscles and tendons, improve your flexibility, help you heal more quickly. 

These exercises help keep your spine and limbs in alignment. These exercises re-train you body an nervous system to make sure your muscles, tendons, and other connective tissue move in ways that minimize strain. You'll also have a reduced chance for similar injuries in the future. This all contributes to what we mean when we say Helping You Achieve Your Dreams through Health and Wellness. ITALICS

Individualized Treatment Plans

Every patient at Achieve Health + Wellness receives an approach totally unique to that patient. In addition to in-office chiropractic care, patients also receive other care that is tailored to their specific issues or injuries. This includes:

Lifestyle Advice: We coach our patients on how to do everyday activities differently, how to better avoid repetitive strain and other injuries at home and at work, and many different approaches to sports and leisure activities. This is all part of our functional rehabilitation philosophy.

Motion X-Rays: Compared to standard x-ray technology, Motion X-Rays provide a clearer picture of any ligament damage after an accident or injury. 

At times, it gives a chiropractor a better idea of the injuries you have sustained. At other times, Motion X-Rays may show damage that just wouldn't show up with standardized, static x-rays. If you 

Nutritional Counseling: Over the years, we've found that many patients have been misinformed about the kind of nutrition their body needs. Everybody is different, and our nutritional counseling is centered around your body type and lifestyle.

Massage Therapy: Massage therapy has a number of benefits even for those who aren't suffering an injury or other condition. In conjunction with chiropractic care, it can help relieve pain, restore range of motion, reduce swelling and muscle spasms, and more.

Ongoing Care: Once you have healed up, you can schedule further wellness appointments. These are at your discretion and are tailored to your goals and lifestyle--all a part of the functional rehabilitation process. Usually, these visits are short and help you stay healthy, balanced, and well.
